when i finish a low poly model or sumthing on milksahpe 3D, i dont actually know how to put a sking on just the outside. Can sumone tell me how?

click the 'materials' and then select your skin..ie jpg..bmp..etc

hang on, when i tried, since i got a 30day trial i think, it aint got any textures supplied and i dont no how to make them.

You don't get textures with the full version either. You have to make your own.

You can use any paint program to make textures.
Or a paint program and something like Texture Maker.
Some people (myself included) use a variety of texturing programs to get the textures they want.
You can probably find out more information on this in the resources sticky located at the top of the models and media forum.
And while you're there check out Tutorial city for some informative tutorials.
