I'm not a big movie fan, but there's a lot of good ones coming out this year. I'm mostly looking forward to X-men 2, the 2 Matrix seqeuls, and T3. So far, it looks like there will be much better movies this year than last year(with Chicago and Hary Potter and all those other bad ones). Are there any good movies I'm missing, what else are yo guys looking forward to?

Ah yes! Star Wars Episode III, where we will finaly get to see how Anakin Skywalker ends up with the body of a ex body builder but have a voice of big black guy, who then, at the end of Return of the Jedi, will have miraculously turned into a white English guy.

R2 is currently standing in the corner pretending to be a trashcan.

Which is quite handy realy, when I have to throw something away all I have to do is step on his front "foot" and his head flips open

I had no idea they were making so many movies about video games, Resident Evil, Tomb Raider, Max Payne, and now Soul Callibur!? I think they should make an Eternal Darkness movie, that game had a really good plot.

Solidz you've not seen Resident Evil yet? Aww man... you've gotta get down blockbusters - it kinda sucked it came out the same time as Harry Potter2 really
but a bloody cool movie!

not sure they'll make a Max Payne movie, sounds like a hollywood windup to me (i mean anyone still waiting for Doom with Arnie in it lmfao)

i wouldn't mind Seeing cradel of life later this year though
but if we're going that far ahead i wanna see Final Fantasy Crystal Myths - not heard anything about it other than it's being made in Maya5 and it's in a more fantasy environment.
i kinda like Spirits Within, cept it was a bit too far removed from the FF games style and it was too much of a thinking mans film for the everyday joe to actually take an interest to.

The lazer sceane in Resident Evil was pretty groovy, the should've saved for later though, it was the coolest part.

Eeyu, Eyu, EEEYYYYYYUUUUUUUU!!!!! Don't even joke about that kinda stuff. I'ld watch Mario Bros 100 times before I would even set one foot into a building that just had a poster for anything related to Disney.

ya know i keep wondering what happened in the location meeting for that movie... can just imagine it

"we're setting the whole film in a phone booth! we've got a budget of 125,000 for the locations ... Oh look why don't we use that one - shouldn't cost more than $25,000 to have the street closed for a few hours a week. Who wants to go down to hooters?"

I too saw phonebooth couple of weeks back. Could have been so much better. To say the ending was an anti-climax is an understatement. Has good moments though.

I agree. Like all good games that was very addictive. Did you play through all three times to get the bonuses? (They were pretty rubbish if you ask me, but I didn't mind as it was a good game)

@ Kanga: I can beleive you'ld let them watch Disney. The old stuff is ok, but Since Walt died it's been a downward spiral of greed and pervertion.

Arrow - Yup I mostly aggree with you there. However, at least they uphold decent moral standards in the programs / films, so I'm happier with them watching that than something violent or scary whilst they are this young. My wife LOVES Disney World, and is dying to take them there. I'd rather have both my legs torn off by rabid dogs. Oh well, maybe I could take my laptop and sit in the hotel "working"
