It's the texture that has a shinny colour, then they placed a small yellow light near the entity, giving the final touch.

At least, from what i see, it's what makes me come to this conclusion.

My love is seperated in 2 parts, 1 of them is 3ds Max 7, the other; FPSC.

No, there seems to be some sort of circular decal there too. Where'd you get the screen?

Well, IF it is even FPSC (since you found it off the net) you'd probally have to ask the author. Though the sprite pack MIGHT have a similar effect - but that could have been just a static DBP one...

I looked through the pack, they is a static one for DBP, but for FPSC the only ones that *might* work are the flares, which don't come in yellow
