Hi folks,

The latest update to the DarkGDK.NET toolkit has been made available via your Orders page. Although the update does not sort out the issues related to the functionality as yet since this is an on going process with Mike and several developers. It does however fix a number of problems that users experienced when trying to first install the toolkit.

The DGDKSetup.exe application used for setting up an End-user’s system has also been fixed to deal with the necessary prerequisite files for making everything work as it should.

The help file has also been updated with numerous corrections pointed out by a couple of people, plus some additions to the DGDKSetup tool page.

A new sample demonstrating the shader functionality has been added to the toolkit to show how the shader files can be used to enhance your games and applications visually.

Lastly, some new functions have been added that are required by certain external plugins which will be available shortly.

NOTE: Important. Because of the fixes employed in the toolkit, you will need to uninstall your current toolkit before re-installing the new update. You will need to re-authenticate your applications with a new key and .dgdk file as well. This will only be the time you will have to do this though. New updates of the toolkit will merely need to be reinstalled.
