Maybe add a shadow to the house or make the house darker.

the shafow on the words are cut off, and that makes it look a little odd.

"If it weren't for monsoor here, this town wouldn't be here, and that kid would never grow up to lie about texas!"

I think Zaibatsu is right. The shadow doesn't look like it has a rounded bottom to each of the letters like the actual word does, cool hud though

Not that this is that good. My point is dirty stuff up a little... I mean I'm sure your game isn't about your neighbors house is it?

PS: Do you hand paint your hair on your Poser models or is that a dynamic hair model on that image by the stats.

I didn't do that Girl , wish I had.
I see what you mean with the house. I can never get that looking right unless I use maybe some filters and sometimes they just don't look right .
Got over $200.00 dollars in filters I bought and can't get them to look right. lol

Well I could have done better, but it was a quicky and you need to be able to work with the layers. I advise working on it and a bigger size then shrinking it to something more manageable so you could get the right detail. I find filters are a mess. Usually look pretty cheezy and never achive what I want. Take a cue from Errant, and do about 80 layers on that house since its a part you see all the time. Overlaying differant matterials in various opasities and blending will go a long way.

I used a girls photo and a metal texture I keep in a bank and did like 6 layers real fast.....on a bigger image and jumping into it with both feet you could really produce something.

I will do that . will start over and see if I can get it more to what you pointed out. makes more sense to me now looking at what you did.
This is a total rework. I think this one is a lot better.
Well I do. lol
Proof on it to keep it mine.

Hate to bring up an old thread but since this is what it concerned I see no alternative.

Candle you don't know how hard it was for me to even remember whom I was talking to this about. I came across a lil article that I had seen prior to us talking. This is what I ment by making the house spookier.
