I know that there are commands to know if they are available, but how do I activate them?

The only thing search showed so far is "this is taken from driver settings" but that is actually not an acceptable solution

I'm creating casual gamer games. This means: no hardware freaks so they never touch that tab. Most non-hardcore gamers let those settings on "use application default" anyway and set them ingame from game to game depending on the actual FPS they get or do not get.

Any chance of some commands in an upcomming version to control those two things? there is already a Set Object Filter command but it only accepts the "useless because of beeing ugly" flags.

Thank you for any help.
