I am having a problem with my MP level. You know how right when the level would start up there is supposed to be the option like choose your name and what not. and host game or join game. Well when I start the level the only options are to load and save game and new game. So obviously I chose new game but after it was done downloading the level automatically started up and on the bottom left corner it said "waiting to join" And it will be like that forever. How do I fix that?

This is a bug that is yet to be solved, however you can restore the normal multilplayer so it lets you choose your name etc by downloading the thing at the faq. (its an announcment/sticky on the chat board) That may work. (at least you get into the level).

Thanks JohannesM. It seems that I can not host a game given that I have a router.

If you search the forums there are quite a few threads that discuss hosting a multiplayer game and although I do not currently have a router hooked up I have had one hooked up and I have had no problem whatsoever hosting multiplayer games.
If you follow the instructions in some of the threads discussing hosting multiplayer you should be able to figure out how to do it.

I know, I think I've seen EVERY single thread. But none of them makes sense to me. I have no idea what port 2303 is or how to open it. I just step-by-step instructions.

I whish I had no problem whatsoever with hosting mp games.
