Hi!
Im new here and need some help.. Well, I dont know witch program to use for 3d moddeling (both for weapons and models/objects)...
Im trying to learn how to work with blender...
Please recommend me some software with tutorials, becouse Im a total n00b...

Look in the resources sticky at the top of this forum.
There are a variety of free and low cost modeling programs and you will find them there.

try anim8tor, i got started on that and it's great, i didn't really find blender that easy, i gave up quickly

so what's the job?

I use Milkshape and I like it and would recommend it but it's not free so download the trial and give it a shot.
If you don't want to spend money on a modeling program you may or may not use or simply can't afford it there are a variety of free ones like Blender,Wings 3D,Anim8tor and others and you can find links to them in the thread I mentioned above.
It is also worth noting that not everyone likes the same modeling program and different programs work for different needs.

i would say anim8or, it's easier than milkshape (imo) and free.
