to make areally simple hand, couldn't you just take a 5 or more sided polygon and extrude it to make an arm, then pretty much to the same for all of the fingers?

that's what I did, thanks for the tut though.

I know, The fingers are to short though no biggy i can make them bigger but its good help for a beginner like me.

No problem man. When i saw it it looked easy even though i dont know how to use milkshape that much, still learning.
