i have a couple of questions as i want to buy Fps creator!

In the demo when you test your level it has the FPS Creator logo can you take that off it you buy the real thing?

Can you make your games online?

1) Yes, that does get removed in the full program. The only thing you have to do in the game is create a credit for FPSC in the credits of your final game.

2) There is a multiplayer/arena option that you can do, but currently it only supports one level.

Yes, it is possible with clever scripting. Search for allies.

NOTE: Although it is currently only possible with empty's mod, it is my understanding that TGC is currently working on adding it to the next update. Don't hold me to that.
