I think he means to embed the .exe to a webpage.
As far as I know, no... Anyway, why would you want a 50mb+ game embedded?! Imagine the wait time!

plus most of the exe embedders out there download the whole thing and run it from your computer anyway. if thats what your asking, then definatly not...
