I am not sure if I understand the question correctly.
Are you asking if you can change whats in the map?
I would suggest if you are interested in the program to first download it and try it out.

Now to answer your question, you design the maps yourself. You place the objects, walls, enemies and everything else in it yourself. Try the demo out, you will see how that works.
