metasequoia users how do you prep a model for uv mapping by this i mean how do you co-ordinate the uv map so it dosnt look like this [See Pic]

I know it is possiable because the presaved models that come with it are preped for uv mapping. there is a box berfore save that wether ticked or not still wont co-ordinate them. I would watch a tutorial but unfortunatlly I dunno chinese
