That still looks like a Video Card issue to me.
What Video Card are you using and what drivers. That can make a big difference.

Your picture made me cringe!!

He said, "You drink when you're lonely." No I drink when I want!
He said, "You'll never be sober." Sure. Why would I want that?

This is the same Graphics card i have used all the time i have had
FPSC here are the specs.
Geforce 6600 GT
256 meg
Driver Nvidia V 9.1.3.1 (date 01/06/06)
DirectX 9.0c
no conflicts on reources
properties (general)-- device working properly
ran nvidia driver test-- no problems found
ran directX test -- no problem found.

I can't see how this can be a graphic card problem if only this program is having problems, i have a backup of windows when all was well before this windows update yesterday i will install that
and see what happens.

Still I'd recommend to update the drivers of your graphic card. Not only do they increase performance, they often fix some strange bugs and stuff.
It's also possible that something happened to your FPSC, but I remember seeing someone post about a similiar problem just a while ago...
