Firstly, Hi, i have made a simple model of a bunker in .x format but i'm struggling with applying a texture... I really can't get my head around the whole "UV mapping" part and have been having problems with applying textures for a long time..
i was just wandering if anyone would be able to apply a "stone" texture to my model as i really require it for my game..
i know how to make it FPSC ready but don't know how to give my models textures

i would really appreciate any help from anyone

I know i am being a bit cheeky by asking, so i wont be suprised if this thread gets locked by the MODs

thanks,

Onimista n00b

thanks alot WuTang for the quick response i really apreciated that... i like the texture but i was sort of looking for a battered concrete effect, as in it has been shot at and bombed,
if you understand

thanks alot though
