will the new fpscreator for the veasta ( i dont know how to spell it) have physics for the people EX: Half-Life2?

To answer your question...yes.
This version has physics for the characters.
As FPSC tweaks and adds to the current version of FPSC it would be a good guess that they will tweak the physics as well.
