Hi,
I know there are 2 or 3 matrix/world editors around for DB classic.

I have DB PRO, and I was wondering if there is any matrix/world editor available to download compatible with DB PRO Patch 4 version

Thanks

Magic world- just tweack da function file "magicload1-1" to allow you to make matrixes with more than 76 tile things. if you don't care about that leave it alone and just use it. As it works jsut fine for me. Don't forget about Terrains, grayscale bitmaps, and such.

We could have handled that better.

Im building my own and DBP is a dream to create one in.

Theres some new CSG commands looming that will be excellent to bind seperate meshes into single objects with additive or deleted parts to help in designing maps or model shapes which will be great for map or editor building

I'm just starting so at the moment I would not know how to create one ... but later I guess it is an option to really consider

Chainer:
I'll try MagicWorld... some one said on another thread that Magic World development stoped 2 years ago.. so I assumed that compatibility with the new DBpro patch 4 would have been an issue

I guess you mean using grayscale bitmaps in Magic World?
I don't think I can use a grayscale bitmap to be read directly by DarcBasic can I?... that would be great doh!

Dr OcCuLt:
yes I was going to download quark and tools for BSP maps....worth experimenting, if it works it may give good results

thanks all
