When a license says "not for commercial use" would that include use in the nVidia comp? or would it be ok since ur not making any money off of it?

It could still be considered commercial use. You're not directly making money from it, and neither will we (i.e. we won't sell your games for profit), but at the same time it could be construed that we're making money indirectly, via the advertising of the games and our respective companies.

In short, don't risk it, or email the owners of the license and check.
