I bought the FPS Creator but when it comes to download I can't connect to the FTP it says incorrect password or username, is the usrname same as the email address or different????

When they sent you the download instructions it should have had a user name and password with it.
You will have to check that e-mail to see what they are.

Believe I know that but no user name was sent with the download instructions.....what I have to do, I sent an email to the support center but until now no answer

well id say just be patient you may need to wait for another email with those details if you went for the CD option as well then just wait for that else wait for them to email you back you are in a waiting line you know lol
