is it possible to set up DB to link to a user specified webpage, scan the page for links with `savable targets` and download any pictures / music / video, automatically, to save doing it manually like :
open page, rightclick & save target as or
open page, left click & save as ?

I have no idea how.. but this is my theory.

Type in the address (can only do it for 1 page though)
It saves the source file somewhere (temp.)
Reads in the text line by line. (Called parsing?)
Where the <img src starts it skips that until http://www.gg.com/pic.jpg part, and downloads the file into a temp. folder

No idea how to do it, but coming up with ideas on how to do it, is in my mind the best way to go about it, you find out as much as you can about each section on what you want it to do, if it can't happen, follow a different route, mixing and maxing etc.

I know this hasn't helped in the way you would of hoped, but I hope it has helped in some way.

I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.

You can drag them on your desktop, into a folder, or a program, or just copy the image an paste in paint, at least for images.
You can also highlight multiple images, copy and paste into word.

Unless you are overcome by extreme laziness, do it this way. But I guess that has happened already? right

I don't think you can do it with music or other media.
