(like in call of duty/brothers in arms etc..) but i want to make you die at a certain point but also that the level is compleated and so you win and progress to the next level.

1 - if you're dead, why go to the next level

2 - why not make a cutscene

3 - well....i can't think of a 3, lol

so what's the job?

well you don't actually die but where you get automatically kind of shot and then the prologue is over and you kind of die. but you win. those of u with call of duty 2 and Brothers in arms: Roaf to hill 30 will understand

Your info is kind of vague, so I don't know how the player dies. If you're making him die, you obviously have it scripted to ensure that it happens. In that case, just add PLRMOVETO=[name of winzone] to the end of the script.

Note: I'm not sure if you can PLRMOVETO a winzone because I have not tried it, but if you cant, just place any dynamic entity in the winzone and PLRMOVETO it instead.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

i understand what you say. here is more info. Ok you are basically in a trench fighting forever and can not escape and all your allies are dying and then you are the only one alive and then you get shot and die and the prolouge finishes but you progress to the next level

Well, if this is to be a video, then no problem. You just place a zone on the players start maker so it plays as the level starts. Then when it fades out and finishes, the level starts.

If you are scripting this action in game as a level, then what I said above will work.

Best.

and plus there are only like 5 allies and 50 enemy's and there health is like 1000 and yours is 50 so when you die that is when i want the level to end but so you progress to the next level. i will try the code tommorrow.

but you said i have it scripted. how do i have it scripted so he dies lke after 4 mins or somethin

The solution is right here:

http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=67128&b=23

Next time try to search the Scripts-Forum for these kind of problems, not the general FPSC Chat.

Perhaps a winzone and killzone on the same spot might work?

Would you kindly look away from the screen when you're in my presence?

Yea, or maybe make the winzone, but make a time to delay the win, and also apply a hurtplayer thing, to drain all his life really fast, and by that time the win will activate.
