I very recently finished my second human model and since I took a screenshot of it for something else I hoping to get some critique to help me fix any problems with the model while im at it. It it fully animateable but i still need to uv map and tecture it. I am trying to work my way up the ladder with this so it will be a while before i am ready to texture a human model.

Its pretty good, but she seems to built in the upper body to me. I know, not every woman should have the curves in the right place , but still, I think her top half could do with a bit of shrinkage (atleast on her upper arms).

a few more polys for the base of the nose.
the eyes might work closer together
a few more polys for a defined chin.
another few more tweaks to the shoulders from the front.
Currently with what he is wearing, its very metro-sexual.

Great Work for your 2nd attempt . . .

it is meant to be a guy about 17 meant to look like a final fantsy character. i always thought final fantasy characters look a bit metrosexual but ill make some changes to avoid this.

its okay it does look too feminine. i made some changes to make it look more masculine but i'm trying to figure out hoe to make him have more masculine clothes and hair as the body fits the reference i have almost to the point

edit: now that i compare the two before the edits looks really feminine

My opinion on how to make him more masculine;

- Spread out the legs, it loks like hes got a skirt on.
- Make the feet larger (that tends to be the FF style as well)
- Change the shirt, I see the look you're going for, but it isnt really working IMO. Id suggest adding long sleeves instead, either that or lose the shirt completely.
- Scale the entire upper body up a tad bit

Thanks ruccus I scaled the upper bodey and made the feet larger. It look's alot better already but I'm problably going to redo the clothes as armor since they do look very awkward.
