While in the newsagents today (here in Australia)... I saw a little magazine called "Build your own games" which had a little picture on the front which looked alot like an FPSC game... So i picked it up and it was... It's only a small magazine (A5) but it does have a whole section on building a game in FPSC (and the demo on the disc so you can make it yourself while reading through)...

My fave quote from the whole thing is "In the meantime there's a noisy FPS Creator forum at..."

'Dawn of the Fallen Angel' coming soon(ish)...

@Mr Makealotofsmoke: Yeah that's the one... I don't normally buy these make your own game mags as they usually just give you trial software which whets your appetite for the real thing, but when I saw FPSC was in it I wanted to see what they did...

For anyone who's interested I'll post the fpm of the game you make if you follow the guide in the magazine... It tells you to flesh it out a bit more and add more things but I didn't... This is essentially what you make if you just follow the guide... The level design is a bit odd (as you'll see) but it's just something to get people started...

Apart from a few misleading things writer says you can do with the software (which I don't believe you can), it's not a bad little introduction to FPSC

'Dawn of the Fallen Angel' coming soon(ish)...

My scanner is broken at the moment but I could do it when it is fixed... Maybe Mr Makealotofsmoke could do it if he has the time and a scanner...

It must be the "Enhanced Version".

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.
