Just run it and it sits in your system tray and then run FPSC and if you have it lock up on your just press the Alt + k keys and it will kill the program for you.
You can right click on the icon for a help and other stuff in the menu.

No I'm sorry it does not. it will just kill FPSC if the program hangs on you.

Fred we just wondered when your scheduled for that nasalposteriorpondectomy to remove Candels nose.....I hear this is extreme painful for both the host, and symbiont.
