You you have the license to post that truck here aka redistribute it?
If not I am sure somebody will let me know.
Find a paint program and try to texture it your self.
Then maybe somebody will help you texture it.

If some one can get me a UVmap I'll have a go at the texture.

this truck is already UV mapped, if you can get it in any other format than .x I can export a new UV map and texture it for you.

so basically:

get it in a file format that isn't .x and I'll texture it for you

You can find a model tool that can load *.x files and export *.3ds files. I only know of a few free ones. LithUnwrap can, and a place to download it can be found on this forum. http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=71786&b=24
On that topic search for it. It also has some other freeware programs that might be able to do it.

I have another truck that looks almost like that that has a kind of red texture for it.
I thought it was the same truck but it must be a different one or it is possible that someone else made a texture for this truck.
I think I downloaded it from FPS-Files but unfortunately the site is not up any longer so I don't know for sure.
I can't distribute the texture that I have but I might try to texture the truck myself if I get the chance.

I used this same truck like 2 years ago in a render. No point in texturing it unless its for a splash screen render. Its mass polys if you can't tell from xplosys' image.

Your best bet is to import the model and use it as a referance and make a nice low poly version. It is proportioned well. So using this to cut out a bunch of the geometry's as a referance, is going to be your best bet.

To get a texture for this you only need like 3 or 4 textures to make a decent model to render ,then use that as the texture. As I remember it needs like a camo tex(for the body and parts) a bed tex(which like wood planks worked nice) a black metal( for like headlight rings and other details). Make a nice render of the model from differant sides, and use your rendered image as the texture for your low poly version.
