I would post the download but i havent finished yet, and i dont want hundreds of people claiming this is their work, even though they wouldn't as it's rubbish.

Edit: for some reason i can't post a direct link to the picture so i just attached the picture instead, sorry

another Edit: you may need to download the file and open with paint or other similar applications

I didn't accuse you of anything, I am just stating that it was poor, so you didn't start thinking "oh, this is so poor and he probally thinks he's good at modelling by posting his model"
so I simply made sure that you don't think I am showing my models off, i am just in need of help. sorry if I confused you..

O.N

And by the way
thought you must know by now, but C&C, C+C, or C and C = Critisizm and comments, I think anyway

Oninmista n00b

just open your images in paint, choose "save as" and then choose the jpeg format. it's not that hard.

Whose going to waste their time UV mapping that man really? Mapping can be a lot harder then the modeling portion of it, so who really wants to spend the time doing all this work for a model that's beginner anyways. I'm not dogging ya cause we all start somewhere. But come on man. You've got the stock TGC weapons....M5....M6 soon to come. Errants pack sometime after the 1st of the year.

Why would people take time out of their lives, and there projects (cause we all have them or we wouldn't be here) to do work on this item, that may or may not ever make it to a game? If your looking for guys that may need the practice, how about looking on the forums of whatever software your using to make that? I mean the number of modelers there would far out weight the number here, so seems more logical huh?

Modeling is the ez part....Now visit your software's forums and figure the rest out. Once ya got that, then visit the paint shop forums and get it textured, we'll help ya get it in the game after that if it's still need.

thanks alot Locrian for the information, I think needed that, atleast i have learnt know, not to post models on the TGC forums not FPSC ready, sorry if i have wasted anyones time via looking at this thread i didn't mean to annoy or upset anyone. I am really sorry about this and it will never happen again, i was sorta guessing i would recieve this sort of response anyway so i have been very foolish to even think about asking for help, I think i might give the TGC forums a miss for the next month or two after all the people i have annoyed and upset and all the pointless threads i have created. Sorry again,

O.N

@locrian, this gun isn't too hard to uvmap (but the hands are^^, they are pretty high poly) and maybe he just wants it, because of read the quote up there...

@Oninmista n00b,if you are back you can send me the model, i ll give it a try, but I'm not good at uvmapping so don't expect anything too good

thanks ridh! I would really appreciate it. oh yeh btw I am back, my holiday was cut short . Is it ok if i e-mail you it? One last thing, the bottom part of the trigger colides with the "hands" (rubbish cylinder things) so the UV map may look weird, but when you look down the gun through the players view it's ok.
