I finally got DGDK set up in VS2003 with Directx 9 and everything. The first "example" program that creates a window worked, but when I tried to build all the other sample programs something went wrong. The textures are all grey, the programs hardly run, nothing works. I also got an error saying something like "bin" is not a valid working directory.

If there's something else you need to know just ask and I'll try to tell you. I just really want to start working.

I just did everything over again on a different computer using the same steps. I build it successfully but it still doesn't run right. It's definitely due to the Directx SDK I'm using since it's the graphics that are all messed up. I downloaded the latest version though, so I don't see why it's not working.

Please help!

If you want to start working, why are you looking at samples?

Nah, just kidding.
However, dont know about your problems, except maybe you got a really outdated graphics card?

Also, is this C++ or .NET?

I really hate how these forums work. I posted a follow-up post saying how I tried this on another computer with the same 2003 compiler and steps. Same graphical errors.

It's gotta be the SDK. Any tips?

..the DirectX SDK I meant. Also love how there's no edit button.
