i dont know.but FPSPack has a serial generator.

the demo works just fine, the only differece is that at the end of the demo one it says "this installer was created by clickteam, blahblahblah"

Nullsoft Installer is very flexible and allows you to do a lot. Serial keys aren't included directly, but you can script them, and there's a good support forum if you're looking for help with it
