How fast will a computer need to be, to run the latest patch(RC10) of fpsc?

My specs are as follows:
-256 6200 geforce
-1 Gig of RAM
-3000 2.16ghz AMD athalon processor
-250 GiG harddrive
-Latest version Of directX 9.0c(december addition)

I was wondering because it seems my computer is out of date, for the latest patch(RC10).

Is it time to update my PC or NOT?

Cheers

I think people need to slow down. Your computer is completely fine.

Do some searching on the bugs your are running into, there are already a lot of work around for the bugs that have come up.

At the moment, your cpu is too slow for RC10, TGC recommends at least a dual core for RC10 to run at it's best.

That may chnage, since FPSC is still under development, so I would not do anything at all at this stage. Just wait. If RC10 doesn't work, go back to an earlier build for now.

Now if that was true, everyone would be so happy.

That processor is perfectly fin for FPSC. You can add ram to compensate for the processor if it should fall below par. Though unless you are truly using your computer for full on animated movies (1 1/2 hr long movies) there is no need to have the fastest processors.
