I have a major issue with support.
I ordered and paid for a model pack back on the 25th Dec 2006.

I am still waiting for details on how to download this.

This user account is not the one that I used to order the product and I can't reset password on the correct one.

Is there anyone on this forum that can get some action for me, please?

My next step will be to get try and get a refund via paypal.

We can't help you.
There are several things.
Are you checking the e-mail address that you gave to TGC when you ordered?
Did you look in your spam folder just to make sure it wasn't in there?
Click the profile button and click on the Orders button.
If you bought something and it was approved it will be there...unless your forum profile has a different e-mail address than the one you ordered with.
