Is it only certain barrels that can be exploded or any barrel? I've change the 'Explodable?' of a barrel to yes (see attached pic) but it doesn't explode when I shoot it. I have searched ['explode', 'explodable'] but nothing came up to say it had been done.

Make sure that you set the barrel's strength value above zero.

Yes, a strength of 0 means that the entity is invunable to damage. (God Mode).
