roughly 2 times the cost from the states and three times on average from england depending on the original countries price.

Well, here in the UK in England in Stoke, I bought DarkBasic 1.08 real cheap for about £20 - for the full version! On the internet it's about 3 or 4 times as expensive....

So you mean that if it cost, say, US$100 then that would make it AU$200. Yes? 'Cause that's pretty obvious. Seeing as you (indi) are in Australia too, you might tell me how much you had to cough up?

Well, to everyone in Australia, be on the look out for a guy named Brandon Lee. He was one of my best friends till he up and moved without telling anyone. Not sure where he is, but he's around his early 20's ... married to a woman old enough to be his mother, and she has two kids. BTW, if you see him, kick him for me.

P.S. This is what the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

I could only find DB Classic in the shops but I did find DBPro at a computer fair.

Brandon Lee rings a bell...

Actually I'd rather order DBPro from http://uk.special.reserve.co.uk/reviews/info.php?code=JL2336 then in a shop. It's about $130AUD there and I think $180AUD in the stores. The week or so wait is nothing in comparison to a saved $50, unless you urgently need DBP.

I haven't seen it in shops round here (Hull, Halifax last places I travelled to)

but from Amazon.co.uk for £49.99 you can't go wrong.

PC-World and Electronics Boutique/Game stock it, but any shop will order it in 4 ya

I guess programminng languages aren't big sellers in game shops, as whenever I see any DBS product its always in the bargain bins at £9.99 or £19.99. No reflection of qwuality, just cos I guess most gamers don't wanna program
