I heard somewhere that turning physics on or off, I forget which, will make the enemies smarter. Is this true? If so, can you test it for me, and tell me how the enemies react? Thanks a bunch,

I don't think it makes them smarter. I believe it helps the engine run a little faster, Little better frame rate maybe. Why can you not test it yourself?

It doesn't make them smarter, it does allow the engine to have more NPCs close to each other (less code flowing, a bit more fps, less possibilities for crashs).
