in the gun folder replace the default crosshair with your file. Make sure your file is named crosshair.

No thats an animated monitor that you can keep going back to to look at security cams.

S4 was attempting an animated HUD(player) but it never got finished...We agreed it was taking to long, and to move on as other things were more important. I'm not saying it's impossible, but just needs some serious work.
