How do you add things to your main menu like an options box or setup I need help i am a beginner thanks

I don't think that you can, unless you use 3rd party applications.

If you know Dark Basic or Visual basic,you can make your own 3rd party application.i did make my own.and i released it for free.it does not have ANY options menu though.

and its designed for Multiplayer,but it isnt so hard.FPSPack has an options menu i believe.
