Why does it when you use the mouse wheel scroller thingy in the help and and you're using the find tool, a message box comes up and it says "wheel" then the stuff inside slide downwards or upwards depending on if you slid the wheel up or down. Then another messagebox comes out and says "down" or "up" also depending on the sliding of the mouse wheel.

try it out, its quite funny

Weird... maybe they are remnants left from when the interface was being programed and the functions were forgotten about or not added
