Is it even possible? o.O

What I need is to be able to set new center points for limbs in models made in MS3D. Otherwise, the XYZ coordinate of every limb is going to be 0 0 0, because the limb is just mesh data "way out there". I want to have coordinates point to the average center of all vertices in the limb, or atleast set them manually. Is there a way to do it in MS3D or should I get another modelling package to do it with?

Ok, if you want(and know how to) rig your model. Try this http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=17907&b=3. It will even allow for mesh deformation(which is waht it is about).

Or you could positon all of the limbs at their center points at (0,0), and then offset them in DB. Good luck.
