FPSC Classic Product Chat / arena crashes on another pc

Hi!
I was finally testing the arena part of fpsc yesterday when it got to a point of somebody else testing it to join my server, however the exe simply crashed as soon as he double clicked on it,saying windows encountered a problem and blahblahblah, so i tried with different setting like no shades and low textures and stuff but to no avail, he has the latest directx same as i have, i then(today) tried the arena again but on my lan,same as lastnight the exe simply crashes before anything loads, the only place it runs is on the pc where i had created it and that fpsc is on!
I find this pretty odd

this means they don't have the newest version of directx

this belongs in bug reports, also, you are giving us hardly any info that we need to solve the problem.

had same prob dont run exe from cd copy to comp then run.
