Try lowering the resolution.

I don't have fraps yet so I'm not sure, but I can tell you that you can import your file into Windows Movie Maker, put titles on it, and export it by selecting one of the options they have.

that cuts the file size to about 1/20th of the original size. Raw FRAPS files are hundreds of MBs just for 3 seconds of video.

If I'm not mistaken you can adjust the default file compression size in fraps, but if not, just do as said above and use Windows Movie Maker to reduce the file size for the internet.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

You can use Windows Movie Maker to change the video to .wmv format and that should be a lot smaller.

I personally hate Windows Movie Maker....I use Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere for my editing.

You're right, Windows Movie Maker is far too expensive, while Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere come free with Windows.

Or is that the other way around

No, it's definitely not free. It costs A LOT of money, and that's while I'm still using the first Creative Suite, and Premiere and After Affects are about 1 or 2 versions old.

But I agree, WMM comes with your computer, and it's easy to use. I prefer the Adobe products though because you can do much more stuff.
