There's a video that needs to be played in a level. This video is very crucial to the game, without it, the player would be clueless on how to finish the level. How do I stop the player from being able to skip the video?

nah fraid not i think thats hard coded so unless the source is modified which losses all updates ect. To be honest if they are stupid enough to miss the movie let em burn or plant subtle hints in the level that just make it really hard to do it without looking. Or prehaps even link the playing of the movie to an object so pressign a key near a console for example makes the movie play again thats about it im afraid

Thanks

I agree with Storm 6000. Let them skip the video, and say:
Quote: "Good Luck finishing the lvl!"

The scancodekeypressed= command could work too.

Best of Luck,
