You've just read in a CSV line and you want to get the text seperated by the commas out. But wait! Each section is variable length so you can't use the usual string commands without some hassle.

But lo! What is this floating along ? Its GetTextFromCommaIndex, designed to get variable or fixed-length text from CSV files...
