I was wondering, does the FPS Creator selling agreement include auction sites like ebay? I know it supports sites owned by the user but what about ebay? And what about copyrights?

NOTE: I know PAS posted a message about selling!

That was the fastest reply I've seen in a long time. Are you sure? It says it on the box, but does it really include auction sites?

Yes.

The game made is not copyrighted though.BUT you may sell it in any form or shape you made it.aslong as you dont re-ditribe the .X files with FPS Creator.

So the game has to be 100% custom content? No segments, nothing made by TGC?

no, the game can be whatever is NOT illegally used in conjunction with the FPSC. However, he means that you can't 1) sell any custom stuff seperate that is not your own or provided with a license that say please sell my custom made stuff as your own license, 2) you cannot sell the FPSC program (meaning what you made it with or editor as some call it) and 3) You cannot alter any of the files from the source, stock media, or any of the above (both) and then redistribute as if your own.

Basically you bought FPSC, and can sell what you make with this (as long as its your own work game, content, etc) anywhere, anytime, to anyone that wants to buy it. You paid $50 for an engine, editor, and stock media to do with as you please while using it for and only with the FPSC.

TRANSLATION: Sell your games anywhere that you make using the FPSC.

You can sell your game with no strings attached. What POD was saying was that do NOT give anybody the .x files or textures. You can use them in your game. But don't give anybody the .x files.

When you compress your game, the .x models are inaccesable. That goes with any other models and such. So you can sell your game in ebay. It does say 100% royalty free models though....

The models are royalty free aslong as you use them for FPSC.if you dont use them for FPSC but for anything else you could get in trouble as its not allowed.
