Ok this is the problem (screeny attatched

This is a question that you need to ask Autodesk's support; after all, that's what you paid $3,500 for.

id contact autodesk about this but it sounds like a security feature. may your os security feature or one of max 8.

Yes, 3ds max isn't a TGC product whatsoever, you should contact Autodesk.

I'd assume that your problem is caused by your pirated copy of 3ds max not interfacing correctly with the raysat_3dsmax8server.exe program that is required to run to ensure that your copy of max is valid. You need to pirate a better copy of it, which shouldn't be too hard. I hope this helps solve your problem!
