I double checked it, just prior to this reply. The texture displays correctly on my computer.
Did you place the
tollpoletexture.bmp file somewhere other than the
Animated Toll Arm folder? Did you make any line changes to the .fpe file?
I'm at a loss as to what else could be causing the problem that you're experiencing. It's pretty straighforward.
