I'm currently working on some guns in FPSC. I have recently been using shaders to give my guns a nice metallic shine, only problem is the arm on the gun is also shiny. Is there a way to stop the arm from being shiny (part of the texture) or do I need to use a seperate texture for the arm and if so how? Thanks in advance.

assuming you are using a specular map for the shine. Just paint the hand part of the texture black (or a dark grey?)
