Can anyone help me with these two problems?

1.When I try and test a game, it takes 20 minutes each for loading"Building Portals" and "Saving and Optimizing Universe"? Or it freezes up on those steps and does the "Error: Debug Info 0.0"

2.Whenever I try and save a game it freezes up and I have to restart the computer to use it again.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
