first let me proclaim my noobiness.

so I purchased DGDK.Net today and am looking at getting into game development.
Currently I am a senior C# dev for a financial firm, building web based apps for their intranet (it aint small though. 480,000 users on their intranet).
yup web based. impressed?
so I know fook all about games programming, am looking for a team to join where I can mess up the code and generally ask lots of questions and get support on my learning curve.
I have no interest in building a game on my own, I know nothing about modeling, concept art, making grey metal walls look cool by smearing rust all over it etc.
I am a low level dev (as much as ya can be in a managed world writing web applications
). in web apps thats all windows services to support the app, writing diagnsotics, profiling and support tools, data and persitance layers, util functions and business logic etc etc.
So for intents and purposes I'm a game dev noob. anyone got a project I can get into?
