could you make me some cool Yoshi's island-ish shyguy(the hooded masked dudes).I want him to be on the yoshi,and have most of the animations the are in the original game(basicly replace baby mario with a baby shyguy)

a good place to start in makeing pixel art for games after you get the technique down, animating is a cinch. There are many free painters out there, even ones made especially for animating sprites. For animation, any 2d animation tutorial will give you the basics on how to animate your little guy.
