Hi all. Mike has informed me that the latest update to the DarkGDK.NET development system, will be available via your orders page sometime during this evening. Incase you're wondering, there was a 1.0.7.0 update, but due to circumstances out of my control, 1.0.8.0 caught up.

DarkGDK.NET 1.0.8.0 is based on the DGDK 100207 codebase, so all changes that have happened to DGDK (C++), are now available in the .NET version.

When it comes to downloading, please make sure you uninstall the existing toolkit so that class IDs from the registtry are properly cleared before installing the new update.

You will unfortunately, have to delete the existing references in your project solution, and rereference the newly installed version again. But you will NOT need to reauthenticate or anything else.

Any problems or difficulties, please let me know.

Paul.

New files are now in place. To obtain them download GDK .NET from your Order History.

I didn't realize this until it was too late, but I neglected to change the version number on DGDKSetup.exe, although it does install the correct version of the runtime components. If you want to ensure you have the correctly version numbered EXE, download the runtime installer from the other thread. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

At the moment, running the installer shows v1.0.6.0 in the dialog, this has now been fixed. Only download the runtime installer if you're not sure.

Paul.
