there are several ways you can do it. add some noise then apply a motion blur to it. then create another layer and add a brown background and adjust opacity to the desired setting. then add anothe rlayer and add a green background and adjust the opacity to desired setting. then pay with the eraise tool to get the brown to accent through the green.
